Michele Lipkin, CRS


Michele’s work ethic is evident in the way she lives her life – with honesty, integrity and innovation. She has committed herself to creating an atmosphere of information, research and support for her clients – putting their needs front and center. Michele is bestowed to walking her clients through the process, one step at a time. Fiercely loyal, she is at “home” helping others realize their dreams with the least amount of disruption.

Michele specializes in sales and marketing of residential homes, condominiums, income property, vacant land, short sales and 1031 tax deferred exchanges. She is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) - one of the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents. Throughout her twenty-one years in real estate, she has worked with a myriad of clients including Fortune 500 CEOs, investors, developers, celebrities, doctors, attorneys, directors and producers.

Prior to joining Sotheby’s International Realty in December 2010, Michele was recognized each year by Coldwell Banker as one of the top agents in Hancock Park. She served as the Director of Education for the Hancock Park South Office from 2003-2007 and is a certified USAA Relocation Specialist. In 2002, Michele’s first year in real estate, one of the most competitive markets in the country, she sold nineteen properties and quickly rose to the Top 5% of all Realtors according to NRT.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Michele is a second generation Realtor. Her mother, Barbara Lipkin is a Top Producer in the Calabasas office of Sotheby’s International Realty. Michele received a B.A. Degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California. Prior to entering real estate, Michele was a Producer/Production Manager in the entertainment business.
